The legal bases for DogStroll´s processing of personal data are primarily that the processing is necessary in order to ensure DogStroll´s legitimate interests, which are further explained in the section “How We Use the Information We Collect” of this Policy.   • User-provided Information. When you use our Website,you may provide and we may collect Personal Data. Examples of Personal Data include name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, and Postal Code.

2. How We Use the Information We Collect

  • Communications. We may use the Personal data that we Collect (Name, e-mail, Phone Number, Postal Code) to contact the User after request contact through one of our Forms.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on the Webite, and create user navigation reports for our Website administrator. Google operates independently from us and has its own privacy policy, which we strongly suggest you review.   • Promotional-Offers. We use MailChimp´s Platform to send our Newsletters with Blog posts or Offers. From the User´s provided data, we´ll use only your e-mail as the Newsletter recipient. Mailchimp as their own Privacy Policy and an independent Data Management that we reccomend you to check on their Privacy Policy page.

3. To Whom We Disclose Information.

6. Data Controller & Data Processor

All personal Data received through DogStroll´s website is handled with SSL encrypted environemnt wich is delivered through the present Forms on DogStroll´s Website. Although DogStroll´s Website is hosted on "UK Fast" servers wich provide the Web and Mail Hosting Services. DogStroll receive´s all the Data submitted by the present Forms wich are re-directed to DogStroll´s Password Protected e-mail box hosted on "UK Fast". After Data submission, we delete all Personal Data Records from our mailing box on "UK Fast" Servers, keeping them safe phisically on our Safe environment. We only depend on Third-Parties ("UK Fast") to receive the User Contact through our Forms on the Website, working like a bridge to reach our end. DogStroll cannot be responsible for any Data Breach on "UK Fast" behalf wich provides the Hosting and Mailing Service, on this case we´ll alert immediatelly all of our Users that have submitted their personal Data.

7. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 15. In the case we discover that a child under 15 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
