Yes. We welcome a limited number of puppies so we can give them the extra attention they need during their early development. This also allows us to introduce them gradually to older, well-socialised dogs, helping them build confidence and learn positive social skills in a safe, supervised environment.

Every dog settles in at their own pace. If your dog is nervous or anxious, we'll begin by introducing them to a small, calm group where they can build confidence in a relaxed environment. As they become more comfortable, we'll gradually integrate them into larger groups with friendly, well-socialised dogs. We always let your dog's confidence dictate the pace, ensuring the experience is positive, safe and stress-free.

Yes. We provide free collection and drop-off using our custom-built, air-conditioned vans, fitted with secure individual crates for your dog's comfort and safety. If required, we're also happy to securely hold house keys, making collection and drop-off as convenient as possible for you.

Absolutely. We encourage all prospective owners to visit our centre before booking, and we'd even recommend visiting other facilities too.
